When you submit the quote request form, we collect: name, phone number, email address, project location, type of work, whether you have finished plans, desired timeline, and a description. Providing this data is voluntary and is used solely to prepare your quote.

Purpose: preparing a quote and communicating with interested parties. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Retention Period

Personal data submitted via the quote request form is retained for 1 year from the date the quote is sent, unless you request deletion earlier.
